The story of our Echo Brickell marketing campaign began with simplicity: a landing page consisting of animated building sketches made on napkins by architect Carlos Ott. From this conceptual stage, we developed the dream of Echo Brickell, positioning it as one of the most iconic residential towers in Miami’s booming Brickell district before ground was even broken.

Rather than sticking with tradition, we created a tour-like experience for Echo Brickell, taking audiences through animated journeys of the building’s residences and amenities. Combining this with an array of creative digital and print marketing material, Echo Brickell has come to signify the new era of Miami’s growth, and sold over 90% of its residences before the building reached vertical construction.
