Using the former Jehovah’s Witness watchtowers as a foundation,
we created DUMBO Heights, building an identity that attracted
dumbo-heights and Etsy as anchor tenants, and establishing it as
the creative capital of NYC.

Challenges
Establish the former Jehova’s Witness Watchtower buildings into
Brooklyn’s most exciting mixed-use urban campus while also merging the
cultures of surrounding neighborhoods to establish a new district and
identity in Brooklyn’s Tech Triangle.
