Challenges
Rebrand the 184 Kent Ave rental property as luxury waterfront
condominiums that capture the interest of Manhattan buyers moving to
Brooklyn. This required showcasing the distinguished history of the
property, as well as embedding it into Williamsburg’s rich cultural
scene.
