111 Montgomery is the first of its kind, full-service
condominium building in the heart of Crown Heights, Brooklyn.
Bringing it to market as a building inspired and molded by the
lush green and bold colors of its surrounding Prospect Park and
Brooklyn Botanic Garden.

Challenges
Meant to support sales agents at 111 Montgomery’s sales center. We
developed a sales app built for tablets and mirrored onto the sales
gallery wall. Keeping the flow of the sales center and sales strategy
in mind - the app was designed to allow a smooth walk-through and easy
access to relevant visuals.
