To distinguish MUSE from the cutthroat Sunny Isles Beach residential market, we advertised the brand as an experience and homes as a place of inspiration, establishing an emotional connection that attracted buyers to residences which up to that point existed solely in the visions of our client.

It worked. This immersive home buying experience allowed MUSE to pre-sell more units than any condominium in Miami, despite current construction being little more than the foundation pour.

By using a combination of ambassador-based advertising, social media, as well as web & tv spots, we brought real estate marketing into an unconventional realm attractive to the millennial renter pool. At the helm was the new face of Presidential City, Resident President, a modern-day reincarnation of George Washington who, with swift wit and a braggadocio personality, became not only the official spokesperson, but also a media icon elevating real estate advertising into the modern forum.

With only preliminary interior concepts and structural design at our disposal, we crafted a detailed story, implementing a buyer attraction plan emphasizing the cutting-edge lifestyle opportunity MUSE offered, compared to less-imaginative condominiums in the surrounding area.
