By combining the history of Austin Nichol’s Co. with the up-and-coming nature of the surrounding area, we created a lifestyle brand that leveraged the legacy of the building with the evolution of Williamsburg as the most desirable neighborhood in Brooklyn

By using a combination of ambassador-based advertising, social media, as well as web & tv spots, we brought real estate marketing into an unconventional realm attractive to the millennial renter pool. At the helm was the new face of Presidential City, Resident President, a modern-day reincarnation of George Washington who, with swift wit and a braggadocio personality, became not only the official spokesperson, but also a media icon elevating real estate advertising into the modern forum.

CAPTURING WILLIAMSBURG

design a brand

To accomplish our vision of the Austin Nichols House, we organized video and photoshoots to capture the essence of Williamsburg and the building’s presence. In addition to traditional and guerilla print and digital marketing, we partnered with French artist Thomas Vieille to create a map that visually and conceptually celebrates Williamsburg’s culture and history.

By using a combination of ambassador-based advertising, social media, as well as web & tv spots, we brought real estate marketing into an unconventional realm attractive to the millennial renter pool. Renderings of the units included a design aesthetic accurate to the lifestyle of Williamsburg’s chic populace. In addition to being exceptionally photorealistic, it was necessary to allow the viewer to tap into the spirit of Williamsburg-living in order for them to mentally see themselves living at the Austin Nichols House.
