Verzasca Group—known for their Russian portfolio of large-scale residential and commercial developments—has become a new player in the booming South Florida market. For their flagship project, Aurora, they required imaginative branding to separate themselves from the oversaturated market, so we approached the challenge with the mindset of creating something Sunny Isles Beach had yet to experience.

For Aurora, we chose to utilize architect Louis Revuelta’s unique architectural design, presenting the building as a lifestyle experience and escape from regularity. Through an extensive campaign of digital and print advertising, as well as video and animation components, we not only positioned Aurora as one of Sunny Isles Beach’s most unique buildings, but helped establish Verzasca Group’s growing presence in the market.

In designing the website for desktop users, our team implemented stunning photography and engaging transitions throughout. Interviews with the architect, the interior design team, and the developer allowed us to bring their vision into the brand story, and allow visitors to discover Aurora from prologue to epilogue.

Our inhouse coders brought a level of programming to the site equal to the lavish construction one expects from beach-side, Class A property in South Florida. On both mobile and desktop, users can select floor plans and view amenity programming with an intuitive and fast-responding interactive layout.

Working closely with the interior design team, we constructed photorealistic renderings that offer potential tenants a glimpse of what the privileged life at Aurora looks like. Matching the interiors with accurate views of the surrounding neighborhood provides an authentic vision of the residences at Aurora.
